“Do not be daunted by the enormity of the world’s grief.

Do justly now, love mercy now, walk humbly now.

You are not obligated to complete the work,

but neither are you free to abandon it.”

from the Talmud

The world is tumultuous right now.  It is requiring us to show up with unwavering authenticity and courageous openness.  We are inextricably linked to all of humanity, and we need to do our part can do what is in our ability and power.  We each need our power and our fierce love, and we must rest when we are tired.  Here’s what you will find on my site.

Work with a Social Justice Coach:  Are you feeling overwhelmed or burned out or unsure about how to be an ally?  I help allies find ways to manage their overwhelm or burn out as you aim to be an effective advocate, ally or co-conspirator.   Read here about my style of life coaching and see if it’s a good fit for you.

Practice Mindfulness, with my collection of exercises for busy people: I believe ANYONE can learn to practice mindfulness, and you don’t have to go to an ashram and sit silently for hours to do so.  I’ll share short, practical and fun exercises to help you find a mindful moment in your day. Browse them here, or listen to my podcast, A Mindful Moment, at Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Anchor, or wherever your listen to podcasts.

Get Inspired:  Read my musings on the Accidental Perfectionist blog (which was the start of this site) as well as some of my favorite quotations.  And please share yours with me!

Connect with me: I would love to hear your thoughts, if this resonates, or if it doesn’t, or if you want to partner on any projects together!
